A Delivery Infusion Pharmacy Program: pharmacy delivery only

A pharmaceutical delivery service for providers of infusion therapy, Pri-Med Rx-Press offers patients and physicians the option of receiving treatment outside the home and the hospital. Pri-Med Rx-Press dispenses physician ordered, patient specific pharmaceuticals and delivers to the patient home as directed. This specialized service is ideal for patients who are independent in medication administration or have an existing home care agency providing care. Pri-Med Rx-Press makes recovery especially convenient for patients able to continue working.

New Accounts

If you have never placed an order with us, you must include with original order a copy of:

Orders

	Orders are requested 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
	Orders may be faxed 24 hours a day, 7days a week to (773) 467-6001.
	Confirmation calls to verify receipt of orders will be made during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Verbal orders will be accepted when necessary (e.g., fax machine unavailable or late changes in medication) and must be followed with signed written orders.

Payment

	Direct billing will be made to your facility or insurance company.
	Include any purchase order number information when placing the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders under $100.00 may require a $25.00 delivery charge.
